    The Role

    A Content and UX (User Experience) Ecommerce Manager will ensure a seamless, engaging, and effective shopping experience for our online sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content in various formats available on platforms.
    • Evaluate and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
    • Manage a content calendar for timely and consistent content publication.
    • Implement A/B tests to determine the most effective design and content strategies.
    • Analyze customer feedback and use reviews to continuously improve the ecommerce platform.
    • Collaborate with performance marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, and KAM´s to ensure a cohesive ecommerce strategy.

    Your Profile

    To succeed in this role, you should possess:

    • A university degree or comparable qualification.
    • High-level analytical skills and procurement strategy experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience working with digital customers on platforms like Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Rappi, and marketplaces.
    • Strong soft skills, including strategic thinking, driving results, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Advanced English language proficiency.
