A vital position responsible for the auditing and governance of the Items, Employees, Vendors, Customers data and tables that are created, used and updated by the Global Application Data Management systems.

The key objectives for this position will focus on data governance, data standardization, improved data accuracy and reliability as well as improved turnaround times and reporting.

  • STRATEGY & PLANNING
a. This position focuses on understanding, communication, setup, and documentation of business processes as they relate to data management.


  • ACQUISITION & DEPLOYMENT
  • OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
a.

This position will be responsible for the approval and auditing of the item, vendor and customer data and tables that are created, used and updated by the ERP systems.

b. This position will run reports, cleanse data, run validations, and process and approve item workflows.
c. This position will monitor IT ticketing system for ADM request queue.


  • INCIDENTAL FUNCTIONS
b.

This position must maintain business relationships between Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain (Product Planning, Re-buyers, Sourcing), Commercialization Services, Regulatory, Accounting, Sites (Plants/Warehouses), Financial Services, and Lab Personnel.


FORMAL EDUCATION:
a.

Possessed at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT or equivalent.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
a. Fresh graduate who demonstrates strong learning ability and the right attitude will also be considered.
b. SQL knowledge or other programming language will be an added advantage.
c. Intermediate skills in MS Excel (Excel Formulas, Pivot Tables and Graph).
e. Excellent analytical, data mining and tactical problem-solving abilities.
f. Possessed Oracle ERP experience is an advantage.
