    Guard U.S.

    Customs Compliance and support the daily Import Export operation in American Customs, support any US Customs declaration with physical evidence and provide to documenters, resolution of documentation problems related to American customs and provide service to Our Clients.


    Responsibilities:

    1. Review, validation and re-elaboration of USMCA certificates of raw materials in database and file.2. Prepare NAFTA analysis of finished goods in the database and validate information.3. Verify, audit and update the assignment of USHTS through Clients and US Customs Brokers4. Verify, audit and update the assignment of special programs 9801, 9802 and Keep U.S. Customs Compliance file. Electronic and copies6. Verify payment of import taxes from the US (products) and Mexico (raw materials)7. Register finished goods and BOM and validate the information8. Visits to Customer facilities to verify U.S. Customs Compliance9. Verify integrity of information between U.S. Customs Broker and Database10. Maintenance of Intrade system with rules of origin.11.
