IT Support Intern


Steelcase Monterrey is hiring an
IT Support Intern who will be assisting your peers with tasks related to loading windows images, software installations and troubleshooting, hardware repair, computer maintenance and inventory.

You will be actively learning the miscellaneous technologies managed by the TechHub team. Work on support incidents and assist employees on events related to computer's performance, Microsoft 365, and connectivity problems. Research alternatives to optimize or automate current processes. Participate on team's meetings.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Learning and embracing Agile/SCRUM
  • Learning the miscellaneous technologies managed by the TechHub team.
  • Completing deliveries on time.
  • Support incidents.
  • User Experience

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Currently studying a bachelor's degree on IT degree or related
  • Graduation date at least June 202
  • Advanced written and oral English
  • Basic understanding of the Agile (SCRUM) framework (plus)
  • Basic knowledge of computers and printers
  • Basic knowledge of software installations
  • Basic knowledge of network concepts
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (plus)
  • Selflearning person
  • Full time availability (7am
  • 4pm)
