Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


The IT Sector Sr Supervisor must provide experience and in-depth knowledge in the implementation of projects in the supply area chain for LATAM.

Area 's projects based on power apps and SAP in support of areas such as productivity and CTO.


Your Impact.
As Sector IT Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Work closely with implementation leads, environment administrators, configuration analysts, systems integration partners, and internal and external stakeholders to create requirements and design complex solutions in the project
  • Support and maintain all production and nonproduction environments production, including work with endings. users and other people within IT
  • Identify problems or trends and offer recommendations to improve and resolve
  • Work with the supplier to ensure environment preparation for each phase of the project
  • Work with vendor to optimize performance across all power apps environments
  • Maintain technical documentation related to environments with all technical details and appropriate visual diagrams (flowcharts, diagrams and layouts) to facilitate understanding
  • Ability to solve complex problems; Analyze problems to determine the source and recommend solutions
  • Show initiative, selfmotivation and deliver highquality work while meeting all deadlines for internal and external clients
  • Assist in reviews, implementations and knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders and the IT team
  • Makes decisions guided by functional strategies, priorities and resource availability.
  • Evaluate user needs to develop solutions, taking into account time and budget constraints.
  • Oversee impact analysis related to new requests, unit and system integration testing, user acceptance testing support, and ongoing support for existing processes integrated into the project.
  • Ability to manage projects with configuration analysts working on multiple initiatives in multiple environments, ensuring all configuration collisions are reconciled prior to promotion to production.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?
Education

  • A university degree is required, systems engineering preferred.

Experience:


  • Experience working with cloud solutions
  • Advance English

Required technical skills:

  • Microsoft and SAP solutions
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Zebra devices (Desirable)
  • Experience working with cloud solutions

  • Generates knowledge of the organization, processes and clients.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC

  • Highly motivated and driven
