What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate with the Director of Post-Production to carry out the strategic vision for the department.
Manage the daily operations of the LATAM video editing team, ensuring that postproduction workflow runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets deadlines.
Problem Solve various technical filmmaking issues, especially focusing on issues that occurred during on set production.
You will be assigning and approving work, making sure policies,procedures, and workflow are followed.
You will be directly involved with handson video editing and delivery of our brands.
You will ensure that deliverables are on brand, meeting creative standards and delivery specifications.
Keep up with industry best practices and innovations.
Other adhoc projects.

Must Haves:

Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Must have strong understanding of all aspects of postproduction, from editing and color grading to audio and visual effects.
Knowledge of the overall filmmaking process, process from inception to delivery.
Familiarity with cameras, lenses, lighting, mics, stabilizers and other production/on set technology.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical filmmaking issues that occurred during production.
Knowledge of postproduction workflows.
Knowledge of on premises storage hardware (SAN/NAS) and cloud storage technologies.
Knowledge of postproduction formats, compression / encoding codecs.
Understanding of file naming conventions, media management, and media archiving.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to postproduction equipment and software.
Strong people and communication skills for inspiration, management, and training.
Strong time management and project management skills.

Experience:

5 years postproduction experience with at least +5 years in a leadership or project management role.
3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
2 years of Motion Graphics experience.
Experience with production and postproduction budgets and spreadsheets.
Adult industry experience is a plus.
