General Job Description:


This role is in charge of managing administrative tasks across different customers and accounts, working internally with teams such as Project Management, Sales, Account Management, and other departments to ensure customer and internal goals are achieved.

Works directly and closely with customers, maintaining clear and open communication to secure meeting program goals and expectations.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the Customer Service team.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and other clerical duties.
  • Assist with organizing and collecting data.
  • Maintain and update department documentation and project tracking.
  • Communicate with customers in response to new orders, quote requests for repeat parts, expedite requests, change order requests, RMA requests, accounting issues, and other injuries as per customer requests.
  • Manage customer JIT programs.
  • Assist account manager as requested with administrative and other tasks as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and concise responses at all times when dealing with internal and external communications.
  • Enter sales orders, manage change order requests, and repeat quote requests.
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all department procedures and policies.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Education, Training, and Experience:


  • 2+ years of experience in admin/customer service
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Bilingual—verbal and written in English is required
  • Epicor knowledge is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


  • A customer service personality with clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines and goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
