Main tasks
- Maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products and consultancy services.
- Proactive in the development of competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns
- Respond to requests for technical, price, delivery, and service information.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
- Identifies and penetrates OEM and Tier companies and coordinates strategy with the Sales Manager.
- Prepares customer price quotations.
- Assists in preparing special project proposals as required.
- Assists in the preparation and execution of Webinars and digital marketing
- Coordinates commitments with affected internal departments.
- Airline travel is required as well as occasional trips abroad for training.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited four (4) year college preferred plus two (2) years' experience in technical sales; or
- Associate degree (A.A.S.) in Engineering Technology or equivalent from an accredited twoyear college or vocational technical school plus 5 years of experience as technical sales engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and assembly operations a plus.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- A high degree of selfmotivation and ambition
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- A current and valid driver's license and passport is required.
- Travel requirements: available to travel 80% of time by car. Possible international travel, as needed for training
