REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Desired Experience and Expertise

Experienced in the metalworking manufacturing industry in a customer facing role.
The ideal RSM possesses a network of relationships from selling, servicing, implementing, or integrating capital equipment or peripheral equipment in the metalworking manufacturing industry.
Understands the commercial dynamics and distribution layers in industrial manufacturing and metalworking.

Responsabilities:

Opening relationships with new accounts
Navigating multistage sales cycles to closed/won order
Enabling, educating, equipping, and empowering sales channels
Researching, segmenting, targeting, and engaging new prospects
Conducting highly effective sales calls that advance the opportunity
Strategically planning and delivering growth with key accounts
Reporting accurate and insightful sales and service data through our CRM/VOC "customer success" programs.
Balancing the correct level of personal involvement and knowing who to pull in and when to pull them in to win a deal or have a great "customer success" meeting
Collaboration with RSD group and BDL's
