Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible to ensure the successful payout execution of our Commercial Team commission:
pay the right amount to the right person and on time.

This includes headcount and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) validation for sales employees, quota attainment finalization, payout calculations, results summary, PDF generation & distribution, and payroll submission.

Analyst is also ensuring continuous improvement of the process making it more streamlined and efficient, as well as ensuring accuracy.


Key responsibilities

  • Calculate sales commissions according to sales incentive plans and policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner. Also creates documents for payroll and validate that it's 100% accurate with the commission calculated by person by period and in timely manner.
  • Collects and analyzes data on the organization's current incentive plan to create and issue annual plan documents for all sales employees.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and audits with managers, supervisors to gather anecdotal data on the effectiveness of current strategic initiatives practices; gathers their suggestions and recommendations for changes and updates, to assure initiatives are aligned with regional and global goals.
  • Monitoring company incentive plans with the goal to assure the structure of the SIP defined by Corporate. Conducts periodic revisions of strategic initiatives and any implemented changes; presents findings to regional leaders.
  • Address questions from regional leaders and SIP participants about calculations, providing additional training or support about the program tools for tracking and SIP calculator.
  • Calculate sales commissions forecast for financial accruals with managers collaboration.
  • Create a continuous improvement culture by documenting current state processes and implement business process improvement solutions to automate, where possible, and improve BI reporting business processes and infrastructure.
  • Develop reports and promote the use of our Sales Enablement playbook (CRM, BI Cognos, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.). Assist with training to support user compliance and adoption of our sales enablement toolkit.
  • Provide Daily Sales Report for North America Customers
  • Support customer setup and updates in Oracle for Sales productivity (US).
  • Coach colleagues on tracking & definition of SIP goals within Sales playbook.

ABOUT YOU

  • A curious intellect with strong analytical and business process management skills.
  • 5 to 7 years in Sales Enablement/Operations or related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data with precision and accuracy.
  • Advanced Skills in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Track record of continuously seeking out and improving business processes (lean six sigma)
  • Project management with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfstarter that is comfortable working in matrix, projectoriented environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with Commercial Sales teams and seniorlevel executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
  • BS/BA in related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information, attention to details.
  • Ability to analyze and diagnostic difficult and sometime complex problems, propose alternative solutions and recommendations.
