    Buscamos a un e-commerce apasionado por la tecnología que desee unirse a nuestro equipo como Especialista en ads para e-commerce.

    Responsabilidades:

    - Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de publicidad pagada en plataformas como Meta y Google para impulsar el tráfico, la conversión y las ventas en nuestro sitio web.
    - Gestionar y supervisar el presupuesto de publicidad asignado, asegurando un uso eficiente de los recursos y maximizando el retorno de la inversión.
    - Realizar un análisis constante de métricas clave para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.
    - Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar que la estrategia de publicidad paga esté alineada con las metas generales de marketing y ventas.
    - Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en publicidad digital y e-commerce para asegurar que nuestras estrategias sean innovadoras y efectivas.

    Requisitos:

    - Experiencia comprobable en la gestión de campañas de publicidad pagada en plataformas como Meta y Google, con un enfoque en e-commerce y performance.
    - Mucha experiencia en campañas de Google Shopping, Performance Max y Meta Advantage+
    - Conocimiento profundo de las herramientas de autogestión de campañas y anuncios en plataformas digitales.
    - Habilidad para interpretar datos y métricas, tomar decisiones basadas en datos y optimizar campañas para alcanzar objetivos específicos.
    - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo de manera efectiva.
    - Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno dinámico y en constante cambio.
    - Nivel de estudios: Licenciatura, Marketing, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Publicidad o afín, con especialidad Media, E-Commerce, Marketing digital.
