    AUXILIAR ADMINISTRATIVO/A CASH FLOW


    Beneficios:
    - $12,000 netos mensuales (el pago es quincenal)

    • Prestaciones de ley
    • Bono mensual de productividad $3,000
    • Bono mensual de puntualidad y asistencia (1 día de sueldo)
    • Bono comercial mensual 4% del sueldo mensual
    • 20 días de aguinaldo
    • Tarde libre (Birthday Dayoff)
    • Caja de ahorro de entre 7.5% y 15% mensual
    • Seguro de vida $300,000
    • 3 días adicionales de vacaciones

    Horario:
    Lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 17:45 hrs. y viernes de 09:00 a 19:00 hrs


    Requisitos:

    • Sexo indistinto de 24 a 35 años
    • Licenciatura trunca o terminada en Administración, Contabilidad o Finanzas
    • Administración general
    • Básicos de contabilidad
    • Conteo de recurso
    • Cálculo de comisiones
    • Trabajo en equipo
    • Comunicación efectiva
    • Servicio al cliente
    • Atención al detalle

    Actividades:

    • Encargada de la caja chica para compras menores
    • Seguimiento a pago de nóminas en efectivo (proceso de llenado y entrega de sobres a cliente interno)
    • Control, archivo y envío de documentación inherente al puesto
    • Atención a clientes para la elaboración de cotizaciones, facturas.
    • Seguimiento y aplicación de pagos de clientes
    • Elaboración de reportes para ventas y nóminas
