of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the EHS safety work of the factory, plan for the whole year, formulate a series of EHS system documents in the company according to relevant laws and regulations in Mexico and implement them, and continuously evaluate, supervise and improve the company's EHS operation.
- Responsible for EHS related work of enterprise compliance production, business expansion, product transformation and newly expanded factories and office buildings.
- Responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's security, environment and occupational health, and coordinate relevant departments to do a good job in its maintenance, repair, testing and other management work standards.
- Organize and carry out various safety activities, promote the construction of safety culture, and improve employees' safety and health protection skills and environmental health and safety awareness.
- Responsible for external coordination and management, relationship coordination and work cooperation between the company and government departments, group headquarters and subsidiaries.
- Responsible for the construction of the company's security team, supervise and promote the continuous improvement of the company's security system and security standards;
Job requirements:
- College degree or above, major in fire engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, automation engineering, safety engineering and other related majors is preferred;
- More than 5 years working experience in emergency management or fire safety, engaged in fire safety management in the electronics industry or semiconductor enterprises is preferred;
- Mature experience in fire safety training, standardization and large-scale project management; Experience in large-scale projects establishing fire safety management system from 0 to 1 is preferred;
- Strong risk identification and management ability, familiar with fire protection related laws and regulations and design standards;
- National registered safety engineer, registered fire engineer or intermediate fire administrator qualification is preferred.
Salary:
$15, $30,000.00 per month
