Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for administrative procurement and settlement tasks, including monthly purchases and settlement of office supplies, labor protection supplies, office equipment, quarterly and holiday welfare items.
  • Responsible for cafeteria hygiene, environment, and health certificate inspections, maintaining records, handling cafeteria staff complaints, managing cafeteria meal arrangements, and adjusting meal provisions during holidays.
  • Coordinate vehicle usage procedures, handle vehiclerelated documents and insurance, submit monthly vehicle data, and manage vehicle expenses.
  • Manage equipment allocation inventory, process courier expense settlements, handle mobile phone topups, and handle administrative reception duties.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requisitos

  • College degree or above, major in Secretarial Studies or Administrative Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency, with fluency in English/Spanish, spoken and written forms.

We are preparing for the next start of operations, we are currently located in Cienega de Flores north of the city of Monterrey
