We are looking for a SAP Retail Master Data Consultant


MUST-HAVE:

  • Fluent-Advanced English
  • SAP Retail Master Data Consultant with 5+ yrs of experience, out of which at least 23 years of SAP IS Retail experience OR at least 5 years of functional experience in Retail operations/processes
  • At least one SAP IS Retail support project and one E2E SAP Retail Implementation experience.
  • Expertise in SAP Master Data e.g. article master, BOM's, hierarchies, site master, vendor, assortment, listing, etc.) and Conversion tools (LSMW, BDC etc.) and practices are expected
  • Understanding of SAP IT product and project life cycle
  • Profound understanding of Retail Merchandising Processes with focus on Master Data Creation, Maintenance, Listing, Conversation and Usage
  • Good understanding of Retail industry specific business processes
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Understand Retail Business Practices/ Best Practices and the customer environment
  • Ability to solve functional and technical obstacles with customers
  • Work closely with the customer and project team to define business requirements and provide recommendations to improve business processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Must be resultoriented, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
  • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
  • Need to be a team player

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge on E2E Retail business process including Merchandising
RESPONSIBILITY OF / EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE

  • Strong Team management and customer handling skills
  • Ready to work in late hours to coordinate with Onsite team
  • Analyze understand and fix the issue within SLA
  • Should be a very good team player where one should take care of himself, Team and customer
  • Should have desire to groom the given team to next level
