Sr. Retail Demand Planner

We're looking for a Senior Retail Demand Planner to support cross-functional teams in assortment planning, forecasting, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will possess the passion to drive business using data and analysis, flexible to address rapidly changing priorities, strong collaboration and communication skills, and an innovative drive to improve processes, tools, and methodologies.

This role requires advising on smarter product decisions, optimizing assortment for maximum top-line and bottom-line impact, and building strong partnerships across all cross-functional teams.

About the Role

Partner with Merchandising to develop insights for strategic priorities and sourcing strategy
Create seasonal, quarterly, and monthly assortment plans for sales, margin, and inventory at a category level
Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities
Build replenishment strategies and maintain strong partnerships
Recognize best practices in reporting, analysis, business intelligence, and maintenance

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Retail, Marketing, or related field
+3 years retail planning experience or wholesale environment
Key skills include Excel, analytical skills, retail Mexico market knowledge, influencing, and stakeholder management
