Se requiere un profesional para recopilar y analizar datos financieros, crear modelos de pronóstico y preparar informes estratégicos para apoyar la toma de decisiones en una organización.

Responsabilidades:

Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros complejos para evaluar el desempeño futuro de la empresa.
Ayudar a elaborar presupuestos anuales mediante la recopilación de datos y su seguimiento.
Realizar análisis de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) y identificar áreas de mejora.
Preparar informes financieros periódicos para la alta dirección.
Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para evaluar iniciativas estratégicas y sus implicaciones financieras.
Extraer y analizar datos para identificar tendencias y riesgos potenciales.
Realizar análisis de sensibilidad para evaluar el impacto del mercado en el desempeño financiero.
Comunicar información financiera compleja a audiencias no técnicas.

Requisitos:

Habilidad analítica para interpretar grandes conjuntos de datos y sacar conclusiones significativas.
Competencia en el uso de software de modelado financiero para crear modelos financieros sofisticados.
Conocimiento básico de principios contables y estados financieros.
Comprensión de los impulsores del negocio y cómo afectan el desempeño financiero.
Capacidad para articular información financiera compleja ante audiencias diversas.
Trabajo efectivo con equipos interfuncionales.

Idiomas:

Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado

Experiencia Laboral:

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posición similar.
Conocimientos en Principios de Contabilidad, Fiscal, Aspectos Legales, Control Interno y Excel Avanzado.

Habilidades Técnicas:

Manejo intermedio-avanzado de equipo computacional.
Manejo de Paquetería Office.
Conocimiento de sistemas contables comerciales (SAP, M3, Oracle, etc.) y plataformas de consolidación y reporteo (Hyperion, BPC).
