Job Description:
AECOM is seeking a Quality Manager to join our growing Mexico Office, supporting large multi-year projects as part of the program and design and consulting services.
- Oversees the management of the monitoring and evaluation process to ensure that AECOM quality management systems are being followed and evidence is recorded and maintained.
- Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
- Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
- Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
- Manages the coordination of activities of a group or department with responsibility for results.
- In some instances, may be responsible for functional area and may not have direct reports
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS + 8 years (preferred 10 years) of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction
- Understanding of Quality and Assurance within the Energy Field
- Relevant Field Experience preferred
- Success in working with remote teams
