Education, Competencies & Skills:

Minimum - 5 years of experience, with Bachelor's Degree.

Extensive knowledge of Windows OS (Server & Desktop) technology, SharePoint, and Excel is required.


Objectives/ Purpose:

Is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's records and information management (RIM) program.

This includes supporting policies and procedures for creating, storing, and disposing of records, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This role will focus on supporting RIM Data Transfer Request (DTR) processes and systems ensuring data security and integrity. It will identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.

The analyst will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that records and information are managed in a way that meets their specific needs and requirements.


Key responsibilities may include:


  • Support RIM Data Transfer process and projects providing expertise and recommendation on best data transfer methods and workflows.
  • Set up transfer environments and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within the tools (sFTP, eShare, AWS S3, etc.).
  • Coordinate and manage the staging packaging and transfer of data for divestitures.
  • Consolidating Data from Source locations to Staging Area for transfer.
  • Searching for unstructured data and culling data sets prior to transfer.
  • Building data transfer packages.
  • Assisting in the resolution of Data transfer problem resolution.
  • Assisting the functional areas to develop manifest files for data archival.
  • Archiving of data into RIM systems.
  • Track and report data transfer progress.
  • Strong understanding of information management principles, as well as experience working with enterpriselevel data hubs. You should have strong technical skills and be familiar with the latest data transfer techniques and validation approaches onprem and in the Cloud.
