- Responsibilities: Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, testing strategies, test cases, and checklists- Prioritize and plan testing activities, demonstrating the ability to lead testing efforts- Designing, developing, and executing automated tests- Identify and report issues found during testing, and verify that reported issues are resolved- Perform regression, sanity, and smoke testing- Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing- Proven experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, checklists, and testing strategies- Experience with different development methodologies, with a focus on Scrum- Proficient in spoken English- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership experience
