Role Overview


The Facilities Help Desk role demands consistent adherence to exceeding company standards, delivering exceptional service and quality in all tasks.

The incumbent will be tasked with meeting both client and company requirements efficiently.

Proactivity, self-motivation, and a dedication to innovation are integral traits expected from the incumbent, who should also inspire their peers.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Facilities Help Desk/Receptionist.
  • Must demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and a customercentric approach.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer skills and Office tools.
  • Familiarity with agenda management and administrative duties.
  • Strong orientation towards customer service.
  • Demonstrates creativity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Committed, honest, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

The Facilities Help Desk assumes full responsibility for end-to-end task delivery, encompassing the following duties:
Customer Service

  • Attain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and consistently deliver highquality service.
Administrative Tasks

  • Manage reception and telephone lines.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries.
  • Welcome and manage visitors in the studio.
  • Oversee Covid19 random test management and reporting.
  • Report facility issues to the Facilities Administrator.
  • Handle inventory engagement and HR supplies (Welcome, Welcome back, and Apapacho Kits).
  • Assist in purchasing and requisitioning for facilities and engagement purposes.
  • Coordinate taxis and corporate transportation.
  • Aid in supplier search activities.
  • Provide support to the Shared Services and Head of Studio Team.
  • Assist in organizing engagement events.
Proactivity

  • Offer additional assistance and propose tasks or improvements within the company's operations.
