Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Own the white label customer relationship for the lifetime of the customer
- Monitor new sale events and work with the customers to complete all prerequisites before initial deployment
- Proceed to initial deployment which includes
- Setting up access on apple / google accounts
- Setting up listing specifics
- Creating multiple security keys and putting them in the right systems in a secure and professional manner
- Provide exceptional IT support to endusers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during onboarding
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of new app versions
- Get user feedback, and take appropriate actions to ensure user satisfaction
- Stay uptodate with the latest app store guidelines and policies, and ensure compliance with them
- Provide regular reports on version updates and user feedback to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience with using multiple dashboards specifically for deployment on both iOS and Android platforms
- Strong proficiency with using MacOS and good task management and multitasking skills
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile app on the basis of support documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in data entry and coordination of data across multiple data management systems.
- Proficient in managing Google Sheets
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team
