    Job Title

    Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist - Personal Health

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop local shopper activation trade marketing plans in collaboration with the Consumer Marketing leader, ensuring customer-specific strategies that align with the overall Local Marketing Activation plan.

    • Initiate and execute regional or local trade marketing actions and promotions to optimize stock levels, stimulate sales-out, and enhance loyalty among distributors. This includes media planning for major retailers, content creation coordination, media activation with local agencies, collecting results, and optimizing plans with retailers, as well as coordinating billing processes (invoices, POs, etc.).

    • Analyze sales data and monitor the success of trade marketing activities to formulate recommendations for new initiatives and improve existing ones. Define requirements for shopper research (executed through I&A).

    • Establish, maintain, and enhance trade marketing tools, allocate necessary resources, and oversee service level agreements with suppliers (managing the local supplier roster in close collaboration with procurement).

    • Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders in markets to achieve sales targets at key customers: Provide input on local channel strategies; Ensure market understanding of solutions; Provide presentation materials; Secure sufficient support; Measure program performance and deliver results; Report monthly progress; Gather market feedback and optimize solutions to meet retailer needs.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in trade marketing within an international consumer goods business environment.

    • Familiarity with product market introductions.

    • Expertise in driving and optimizing shopper activation based on shopper data and insights in retail environments.

    • Driving online foundational excellence.

    • Budget management skills.

    • Strong commercial skills in bringing brand plans to life in retail settings.

    • Ability to identify and create compelling trade stories from data and shopper insights.

    • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is required.

    Work Environment:

    We believe in teamwork and collaboration. Our office-based teams work together in-person at least 3 days a week. On-site roles require full-time presence in our facilities, while field roles are conducted outside of our main facilities, often at customer or supplier locations.
