    Process EngineerWe are a the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands.
    And we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.


    What you'll do:


    • Conduct thorough analyses of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement, including workflow design, material handling, equipment utilization and inventory management.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including warehouse operations, logistics, quality assurance and management.
    • Utilize data analysis techniques to measure and evaluate process performance, identify bottlenecks and propose datadriven solutions for optimization.
    • Develop and implement SOP's
    • Design and implement process flow diagrams, value stream maps and other visual tools to communicate process changes, improvements plans and performance metrics.
    • Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline warehouse processes.

    What you'll need:


    • Bacherlo's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar. +2 Year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
    • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement frameworks
    • Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, etc)
    • Experience with AutoCAD
    • Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, project management and communication skills
    • Availability to travel (US Visa is required)
