Descripción

Responsible for the measurement of parts in-process products and finished products

Timely and correct record of inspection results and keep the metrology report.

Timely report the dimentions out of specification to the quality engineer. If the feedback from the quality is not received within the specified time, the report must be documented.

Responsible for achieving the applicable quality management system requirements on site.

Learn the laboratory requirements, the correct use and operation of testing equipment.

Establish, implement, control and maintain the processes necessary to satisfy the requirements of the environmental management system.

knowledge for quality alerts for customer rejections and quality deviations.

Make FLO for a new products, anual validation, tool repair refurbished

Leadership to make and execute for SPC management (CPK, PPK, Control charts)

Responsible to créate and adjustment CMM and VMS programs in order to take dimensión when is necesary, also make sugestion dimentionaly method

Leadership to make and execute for R&R activities

Establish, implement, control and maintain the processes necessary to satisfy the requirements of the environmental management system.
