BASIC FUNCTION


Under the supervision of the General Supervisor Training & Development, this position is responsible for coordinating training programs and instilling the KOS philosophy to the training function.

As well as, to follow up the training processes of the personnel and promoting their continuous development, to provide them the necessary knowledge, abilities and attitudes to obtain the competencies required.

Supporting with all legal requirements related to the training function.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop training courses that will enhance individual and business performance.
  • Develops and coordinate internal instructors to provide training as added responsibility to their regular functions.
  • Ensures all existing learning materials meet Kohler ́s current needs.
  • Coordinate the orientation program for New Hired Associates, facilitator of the Kohler Story, follow up any needs during the two days of classroom introduction, make personal folders with training material for each NHA, make and protect the attendance lists course, solve all NH doubts, delivery PPE for all the NH, accompanies during the meal to the NHA, perform dynamics, delivery the NHA to each operation area have good communication with the Cleck Typist areas.
  • Coordinate the execution of training programs, refresher training courses and those required by internal customers.
  • Protect and perform database registration, monitoring, and tracking.
  • Administrative control of the certification process of personnel in high-risk work and drive licenses of operators of commercial vehicles
  • Prepare with the Training Supervisor reports of the training programs and make monthly and annual reports.
  • Coordinate compliance with the training program by constantly monitoring the areas involved.
  • Control, presentation and monitoring of area metrics and indicators, Support the development and implementation of the indicators program for measuring training activities.
  • Maintain a strong contact with purchasing and finance areas through the preparation of purchase requisitions, follow the request payment for the Training Service of any external supplier.
  • Follow up on the payment of suppliers, requesting invoice for the Service provided and reach finances for payment.
  • Provide adequate guidance for the solution of doubts or suggestions that may be present with partners on training issues.
  • Receipt of information of courses given to associates.
  • Accomplishment with the legal country law requirements established by the STPS (Secretaria del Trabajo y Prevision Social) in terms of training.
  • DC1 Report on the establishment of the Joint Commission on Training and Training.
  • DC2 Presentation of the training and training plan and programs.
  • DC3 Certificates of competences or skills and work.
  • DC4 Annual list of DC3 Training Skills Certificates provided.
  • Support all the needs and administrative HR activities.
  • Assist with KCM and MyLearning System.
  • Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See Responsibilities chart by position).

  • Supervisory Relationships:
  • 1. Reports to the General Supervisor Training & Development

Organization Relationships:

  • 1. Frequent contact with Functional Managers and Supervisors.
  • 2. Frequent contact with all factory and administrative personnel in Sanimex.
  • 3. Frequent contact with factory employees.

External Business Relationships:

  • Frequent contact with training suppliers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:
Bachelor ́s degree.


EXPERIENCE:
Preference minimum 1-2 years' experience in training is preferred in a similar position.

  • Experience in implementing training effectiveness indicators.
  • Technical knowledge of Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management of Human Resources,, Career Lines and Succession Plans.
  • Training, Course Design and People Development; as well as Methodologies for Course Design and Learning Assessment. New Technologies Applied to Education and Management by Competences.
  • Management of spreadsheets at intermediate level and pivot tables.
