What will you do

Responsibilities may include:

Work closely with the Sr Manufacturing Managers in TJ For Instruments and SSS to manage the financial result for the plant.
Manage the local Management Accounting team including recruitment, training and development and performance management.
Ensure that the local Management Accounting team adequately support the site
Oversee the preparation of the monthly management accounts for the facility within the timelines set out and provide financial commentary on the same.
Stryker Financial Compliance as well as Mexican management accounting, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews.
Ensure that adequate internal financial controls exist and are adhered to within the facility
Lead and participate in crossfunctional and cross divisional process improvement initiatives.
Drive process changes in the Finance area to ensure the provision of information to key business owners is more efficient
All other duties as assigned.

What you need

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent discipline is required
10+ years' experience required
Experience in a Finance position supporting a highperformance manufacturing operation is required, together with experience in team building in a Manufacturing environment, Financial Compliance
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once will be required as will a high level of flexibility with a highlevel commitment to success.
Be commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across the organization
