Supply Chain Manager

Automotive - Metal mechanic industries.
Manufacturing Company located in Queretaro - Celaya area, is searching for a Supply Chain Manager.

The incumbent is responsible to oversee all Supply chain functions, Material, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse Management, Distribution, Customer Service, Management and Inventory Control.

Duties include; On time delivery to customers, monitoring inventory levels, administering JIT supplies, maintain budgets, analyzing materials, researching vendors and negotiating contracts.

Monitor capacity trends with strong attention to make to order, management forecasting and planning models to manufacture, store, and shipping products and makes data-based recommendations on plant capacity problems.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Engineering disciplines. MBA a plus

Bilingual:
English - Spanish

Certified APICS and ISM preferred
Over 10 years' experience in Supply Chain positions, Minimum 5 years at management level.
IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001 and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
Solid understanding of SAP Platform, supply chain and inventory management systems.
Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
Experience in: Customer orders planning, Inventories management, commodity management.

Six Sigma

Lean Tools; KanBan, 5S, problemsolving methodology.
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
Leadership, Communication, Analytical ability, Strong planning and organizational skills.
