As an
Engineering Manger you will define our production environment. This includes the classic topics of Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, and Test Engineering.

What you'll do

Responsible for the setup of optimized production processes and equipment that comply with internal and external standards.
Leads the Manufacturing Engineering teams in the plant.
Act as an expert in some Engineering domains such as automation, digital operations, processes, MOST, line balancing, standard work, etc
Creates required conditions to win in the marketplace through fast and efficient NPIs (time to market), and highly efficient production (zero defect, target output). Develops standards supporting production system.
Ensures optimized product designs (DfMA) by representing manufacturing in product development project teams (NPDL, LCM, ETO).
Acts as project leader for improvement programs or complex projects (production, documentation).
Creates and maintains technical conditions in a way that the production process do not get disrupted.
Implementation of new products and processes including product and technology transfers and related technical aspects. Organizes or is part of cross site learning and sharing. Manages these mutual beneficial global working relationships to drive site to be at a benchmark level.
Problem solving & coaching.
Manages and Trains staff, leading and coaching teams of engineers.
Manages the team competences, succession, and budget.

Your qualifications

Dynamic leader with experience in coaching a large team
Track record of delivering results
Drives operational excellence
Held a position where stakeholder management has been important
Communicates with impact
Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma, DFSS, Lean, and Industrial Engineering
Professional with a Bachelors Degree or higher
Typically has 10 years or more of relevant job experience
Advanced English (written and spoken)
