WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Atlacomulco Plant you will be Brazing and heat treatment process engineer.

Responsible for brazing and heat treatment process development to meet Gates technical standards requirements for coupling manufacturing process to support product transfers from Gates USA Plants and new product launches.
Improvement of brazing and heat treatment technology within Gates facilities and suppliers to maximize value to our Company thru quality, cost, service and time delivery that meets customer requirements
Responsible to provide brazing and heat treatment process on time from prototype trials thru production stages

Key responsibilities:

Implementation and maintaining of performance standards for brazing and heat treatment
Develop reliability of brazing and heat treatment process from suppliers
Improve and optimize brazing and heat treatment processes
