SOLUTIONS IT SUPPORT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Good knowledge on supply chain.
  • Experience in Support department.
  • Capable to initiate and implement new approaches and procedures
  • Able to translate strategy into operational plans and on to execution
  • Experienced in recruitment/selection; training/development; people management; coaching; conflict management; performance management
  • Able to coordinate efforts/resources within and across boundaries to deliver goals
  • Capable of systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge on Blue Yonder WMS (Dispatcher WMS) and Infor WMS

PERSONALITY TRAITS:


  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to tailor these to the audience
  • Ability to move forward successfully with mínimal direction: selfmotivated & autonomous
  • Capable of remaining professional & effective under workload
  • Proactive and willing to involve stakeholders in decision making process when needed
  • Ready to take personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals
  • Capable to make informed judgments and to generate pragmatic, practical, timely solutions
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Minimal work experience

  • 5 years professional experience in a transportation, logistics or supply chain management related role, preferably within the 3PL industry.
  • Proven working experience in managing and developing team. Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the quality of service provided by the company's employees to ensure they are meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Evaluating employee performance and making recommendations for improvement where needed
  • Ensuring that all company policies are followed to prevent any potential legal liability for the company
  • Ensuring that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Reviewing training needs to ensure that employees have adequate knowledge to perform their jobs
  • Performing audits to determine if processes are being followed correctly, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Produce reports of team activities and performance for higher management.
