Job Description:

Administration and leadership of production resources to secure production delivery on time with Safety and qualityand cost
KPIs monitoring in production (OEE, Scrap rate and Productivity)
Management of improvement projects (5's, lean manufacturing, etc.)
Shiftily process confirmation to line leaders and operators
Plan and tracking of people's daily attendance, vacation, certifications and training programs
Development plans for associates and follow up with HR and Union

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial )
SAP-P81 Intermediate level
Microsoft Office (excel, power point) Intermediate
Leadership skills
