Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is seeking a committed and energized Continuos Improvement Expert to facilitate, support and drive continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain.

As a continuous improvement expert, the primary responsibility is to:
Facilitate change management projects by using and implementing best practice, lean tools and processes within DCS.
Act as a consultant to Management to obtain tangible results in terms of optimizing productivity and securing an efficient supply chain.
Supporting division in sustainable continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate DPP projects/Kaizens/Kaizen-Blitzs
Walk the talk regarding DBS/lean/factbased culture
Secure and challenge current state through the PDCA mindset
Participate in defining as well as reviewing strategic and tactical plans on productivity improvement
Facilitate best practice sharing in the regions
Follow up on performance and secure that corrective actions will be taken
Support factories in designing, selection and implementation of automation solutions
Set expectations, train, coach and feedback local Change Agents in the region to secure right level of competencies and CI mindset

Background & Skills:

Bachelor degree (Engineering/production) with 35 years relevant experience
Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large

- or medium-sized company.

Ability to connect with and develop colleagues at all levels.
