Service Delivery ManagerThe Service Delivery Manager is a remote position responsible for the overall management of the business enabling a customer centric team in alignment with the organizational strategy, culture, and values.

You will lead, coach and mentor a team of individual contributors responsible for delivering in-scope contracted services.

As the leader, you are accountable for ensuring performance goals (SLAs) and delivery cost commitments are met by implementing and governing organizational strategies, policies, and procedures to enable the organizational vision and bold goals.


How you will make your mark:

  • Responsible for the overall business success of your team by supporting business goals and initiatives to drive profitable growth and customer experience.
  • Assigns responsibilities, provides direction, leadership, and coaching removes barriers as needed to enable team members to execute their roles and achieve goals.
  • Manages and monitors performance of the business metrics and delivers recovery or action plans for exception issues.
  • Identifies and drives improvements for individual and team productivity to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Creates and fosters a mutually beneficial relationship with key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Creates a working environment that is conducive to individual growth and highperformance while being both challenging and rewarding.

About you:


  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • 8+ years proven performance and established background in leading individual contributors
  • Fluent in written and verbal English

Personal skills and qualities:


  • Multicultural and crosscountry experience desired
  • Influence crossfunctionally, internationally, virtually and at senior management level
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change
  • Skills in management of people and business relationships; managing individual and team productivity and dynamics
  • Knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving
  • Leadership ability to provide coaching and mentoring across and down the stack
