    Siendo mentor/a, el reto principal es generar una relación de acompañamiento con nuestros estudiantes, para inspirarlos y guiarlos con el objetivo de que alcancen el éxito estudiantil, bienestar integral y sean su mejor versión.

    Objetivos clave

    • Ejecutar los procesos de interculturalidad de su campus, promoviendo, gestionando y aplicando el estándar de servicio del proceso intercultural de los estudiantes de su campus para los programas definidos por las Direcciones de Interculturalidad y de Acompañamiento.
    • Orientar a los estudiantes, padres y madres de familia o tutores legales en la elección de la experiencia intercultural en función de las necesidades e intereses del estudiante.
    • Guiar al estudiante en su proceso de toma de decisiones.
    • Garantizar los momentos de acompañamiento declarados en el Student Journey.
    • Dar seguimiento académico a su generación asignada.
    • Generar estrategias de tipo académico o de bienestar en función de la información disponible para incrementar la satisfacción y recomendación del estudiante.
    • Atender a estudiantes, padres de familia y tutores legales con el fin de generar un ambiente de confianza y apoyo, manteniendo un canal de comunicación abierto, garantizando la protección de datos personales.
    • Impulsar la reinscripción y el cumplimiento del plan de estudios apegado al reglamento académico vigente.

    Requisitos

    • Carrera profesional (preferentemente Psicología, Enfermería, Nutrición, Fisioterapia o afines)
    • Experiencia de trabajar como tutor a nivel secundaria, bachillerato o universitario
    • Haber brindado mentoría (estudiantes/profesionistas)
    • Conocimiento del sector salud y sus normativas
    • Uso de Excel y Banner (deseable)
    • Comunicación, organización, colaboración y autogestión
