Required education:
Bachelors degree is bussines administration, logistics, or any related field

Experience, Knowledge and skills:

- +3 years of experience in customer service positions

Excellent written and spoken comunication skills
Ability to multitask, desire to serv customers and solve problems
English 90%

Key activities and responsabilities:

Provide customer support to a set list of customer accounts
Maintenance and understanding of customer demands
Manage customer shipments and communicates whit areas that impact demand and or/ shipments
Develop inventory, production and delivery plans for the customer
Assisst in new part introduction projects
Other activities as asigned
