    As Business Support Manager at Sterlington PLLC you will be the operational right hand to our firm's most senior leader.

    • Manage their inbox, communications, messaging and priorities across the whole firm.
    • Draft high-stakes communication such as emails briefings notes committee papers speeches.
    • Sit in meetings represent them when needed drive follow-ups to completion project coordinate leadership rhythms 1:1s leadership meetings planning cycles reviews run projects initiatives they don't have time for act bridge between leader partners senior lawyers stakeholders prepare travel events spot inefficiencies fix things work cultivate strong working relationships internally externally champion Head Firm Management's priorities provide trusted guidance approach process ensure critical matters surfaced presented clearly informatively
