- Tracks and expedites MRO purchase orders
- Enters data for daily and weekly reporting
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage and resolve daily inquiries and issues
- Support emergency issues
- Provides timely and efficient communications
- Resolves Invoicing Discrepancies, including blocked invoice issues

- Bachelors degree in supply chain preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to forge and collaborate with internal customer/external supplier relationships.
- Expertise in SAP and/or SAP-Ariba data processing systems preferred
- Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization; Adaptive to change, uncertain circumstances and embraces challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in team environment and demonstrate leadership
- Ability to balance and prioritize a high-volume of service requests
- Negotiation skills
