Responsibilities The Opportunity Register and analysis of invoices or fiscal of the operation aligned with policies and procedures for the Business Unit, and in turn compile reports related to payment commitments to third parties and internal to the company, to ensure payment in a timely manner, as well as provide operational and financial visibility.
Your Impact As a Accounts Payable Analyst your functions would consist of:Validate all vendor invoices to be paid have been previously approved and have supporting documentation and accurate POSeek approvals from local management fleet team in order to execute payments Generate journal entry to account for partial payments or reclassify expensesPrepare information and reports for internal/external audit purposes in accordance with specific auditor requirementsConcur reconciliation statementsWork Orders submissionContact with the Business Unit for issues related to invoice payment.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Business, or related majorsExperience of at least 1+ years working in Accounts Payable positionsFluent Proficiency in EnglishMicrosoft Excel intermediate to advancedHighly responsible and committed individual who is detail oriented, organized, and drivenAlways displays a professional and client-focused attitudeExcellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and stress management.
