We specialize in software engineering, data analytics, data science, and QA engineering, providing accessible training to help individuals secure new opportunities in the tech industry.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken. Fluency in Portuguese will be a huge plus
  • Proven experience in communication analysis, coaching, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of tone of voice and its impact on student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience in educational technology, online learning, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, multicultural team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

What you will do:

  • Evaluate the tone of voice, language use, and communication strategies for appropriateness, effectiveness, and alignment with Triple Ten's brand values.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to Success Managers on improving their communication skills, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and engagement.
  • Develop guidelines and best practices for effective communication in Spanish.
