- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test systems using LabVIEW and TestStand for functional testing of electrical systems and components.
- Collaborate in the development of test software and applications in C# to control test equipment and collect data.
- Support the setup and configuration of test instrumentation and equipment, including National Instruments USB DAQs and Agilent DAUs, to meet test requirements.
- Ensure proper integration of the CAN protocol in test setups for communication and diagnostics purposes.
- Execute electrical tests according to defined procedures and specifications, utilizing automated test systems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data, identifying deviations from expected outcomes and suggesting preliminary troubleshooting steps.
- To ensure accurate and reliable testing, assist in troubleshooting issues with test setups, software, and equipment.
- Support calibration and maintenance activities for test equipment to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Document test procedures, results, and findings clearly and concisely.
- Assist in preparing test reports and maintaining records of test progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to understand testing requirements and improve test processes.
