- Collaborating closely with delivery and engineering managers on employee performance reviews, professional development, and HR internal processes.
- Providing employee communication and HR consulting services to the location management team.
- Analyzing trends and metrics to contribute to the creation/maintenance of HR processes and policies, both globally and regionally, to standardize the people-centric focus.
- Working closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, risk assessment, and retention.
- Supporting internal events and recognition programs.
- Maintaining general knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management to mitigate legal risk, and partnering with HR Admins and legal teams as needed.
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identifying training needs for business units and providing individual executive coaching as required.
- From 1,5 to 3+ years of HR BP experience in the IT sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing change in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach to service and delivery.
- Excellent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Positive attitude, personal maturity, and readiness for challenges.
- Ability to understand and apply relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Capacity to comprehend the organization's hierarchy, job roles, and compensation practices.
- Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
