HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE_
Assist the accounts payable team and check all documents and invoices comply with fiscal requirements.
Start the workflow Process in Esker to approve and book invoices according to fiscal and brand's requirements.
Distribute internally proof of payments.
Help check, record and process for payment expense reports in CONCUR.
Help Create and manage users in Concur.
Help check the accounting records to maintain healthy balances.
Help create payment proposals from Esker.
Assists the accounts payable team to record payments.
Assist and follow up on Credit Card Balances
Help create monthly bank and Journal entry files.
