About the role

Dive into the dynamic world of supply chain management as a Junior Demand Planner at Reckitt. Your role is essential to the smooth delivery of our leading consumer products, and you'll have the opportunity to tackle meaningful projects that improve our processes and efficiency.

Your responsibilities

Evaluate and enhance our demand planning strategies for a specific brand portfolio.
- Learn and contribute to the management of S & OP processes.
- Partner with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability for our customers.
- Seek opportunities to reduce transport costs and refine supply methods.
- Work on process improvement projects within the Demand Planning team, making a notable difference in our operations.
- Be pivotal in enhancing service and inventory levels, setting new standards for excellence.

The experience we're looking for

An aptitude for building strong, productive relationships.
- Experience with planning systems and an affinity for technology.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- An eagerness to learn and grow within supply chain planning and logistics management.
- Knowledge or interest in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive attitude towards business process improvement.
