Analista de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente Lo que implica este trabajo E ncargado de verificar en campo, supervisar y registrar la implementación del Programa de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente de la operación de uno o varios sitios.

L unes a viernes de 8 :00 a 1 7 :00 hs .

¿ Cuál es tu día a día?
Validación en campo de análisis de riesgo de las actividades, mantenimientos y servicios a realizar por los proveedores.
Supervisión y verificación de la capacitación de HSSE a proveedores.
Atención inmediata a solicitudes de HSSE en Corrigo o cualquier otra plataforma de los sistemas de HSSE, con evidencias para registrar su cierre
Verifica en campo si existen mejoras de EPP o herramientas para proponer cambios y/o posibles ahorros
Asegurar en campo la implementación de las mejores prácticas de HSSE
Supervisión, revisión y elaboración en campos de los Análisis de riesgo del personal a su cargo.
Capacitación continua en temas de HSSE al personal JLL a su cargo
Reporte de indicadores clave de rendimiento y objetivos de HSSE de acuerdo con nivel de servicio
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Ambiental (trunca), Paramédico o TUM
1-3 años de experiencia en Seguridad e Higiene de propiedades, hospitalidad o campos relacionados.
Inglés Intermedio

Cuenta con conocimiento de los requisitos locales de salud y seguridad ocupacional, instalaciones críticas y administración de proveedores para servicios especializados.

Experiencia en comprender los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad (HVAC en cuartos de comunicación, IDF, MDF o site, sistema de enfriamiento, sistemas PCI, sistema mecánico y eléctrico, sistema BMS) Conocimientos de legislación, Protección Civil, Semarnat , STPS DC5 para poder impartir cursos (deseable) Certificación en Six Sigma (deseable) Certificación en Tri-norma (deseable)
