SAP ECC Pyroll-Time Lead

  • Lead SAP HCM Support
- break fixes and enhancements activities in payroll space

  • Support SAP HCM payroll activities for US, Indonesia, Chile, Peru and Congo
  • Stay abreast in HR technology, particularly SAP HCM Payroll module. Seek new and innovative solutions to business needs and implement them to enhance productivity for HR and business organizations they support
  • Configure and support SAP Payroll, BSI Tax Factory and Time Management, and work with the rest of the team to support the other SAP HCM submodules: Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, SAP Portal ESS/MSS and interfaces
  • Perform system configuration activities and liaise with client, system developers and other associated parties and support groups that may be required to affect the solution or that may be impacted by the solution
  • Perform yearend payroll updates, configuration and support
  • Regularly interact with internal customers on support and business initiative issues
