Descripción

• Create long-term plans for the procurement of MRO supplies and services to support operational needs.
• Oversee the inventory of MRO supplies, spare parts, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Implement inventory control measures to track usage, identify trends, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of quality MRO supplies and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the MRO function.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines governing maintenance and repair activities.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace accidents and ensure the well-being of personnel.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the maquiladora industry, preferably in an electronical field.
• Strong knowledge of MRO procurement processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
