    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced production manager to oversee the daily activities of our production team in Quéretaro, México. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, implementing quality control procedures, and improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily activities of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
    • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and production goals.
    • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
    • Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth production operations.
    • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and any issues that arise.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or business) is preferred but not required.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
