    As an Associate Director, IT- Manufacturing Data & Analytic, you will be responsible for leading the team specializing in the design and implementation of data and analytical solutions using data from manufacturing control systems, data analytics, and machine learning applications.

    This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to support our operations. This organization will partner with manufacturing and engineering to help optimize operations, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.

    We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to build the team and help us take our data and analytics manufacturing capabilities to the next level.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in industrial automation and data analytics.

    • Manage a team of developers and data scientists to design and implement data-driven solutions
    • Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure, including data storage, data processing, and data visualization tools.
    • Collaborate with internal IT Data & Analytics team as well as with business unit engineering and manufacturing teams to understand data requirements and develop custom solutions to meet their needs
    • Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization of operations
    • Ensure that all data management processes are compliant with relevant regulations and standards
    • Develop and implement security measures to protect sensitive data
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation, data analytics, and cybersecurity What you'll bring
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on industrial automation and data analytics
    • Strong technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
    • Experience with industrial control systems and industrial networking protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and Ethernet/IP
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Granfana
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations a plus
