Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives and identify opportunities in the US–Mexico cross‑border trucking market.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure strategic transportation capacity.
• Provide market intelligence on rates, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Operations to design competitive solutions.
• Ensure smooth handover of commercial commitments into operational execution.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on cross‑border transportation market dynamics.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Extensive experience in US–Mexico cross-border trucking or logistics markets.
• Proven background negotiating transportation or logistics agreements.
• Deep understanding of carrier landscape, service models, and cross-border operations.
• Strong industry relationships within the transportation market.
• Experience in commercial, product, procurement, or market development roles.
• Ability to operate independently and drive impactful outcomes.
